Tackling child marriage & labour in States

ChildFund combats grave issues like child marriage, child trafficking, and child labour by providing parents with livelihood opportunities while working with the government machinery.

The primary reasons behind these social issues are poverty and lack of alternative livelihood opportunities.

“We strive to ensure that deprived, excluded, and vulnerable children have the capacity to improve their lives and become young adults, parents, and leaders who inspire positive change in their communities,” says Rashmi Kulkarni, a communications officer with ChildFund.
