A blood donation camp at Hanumangarh
RC Hanumangarh Central, RID 3090, joined hands with RAC Hanumangarh, to conduct a blood donation camp at the Rotary Bhawan. A total of 83 units of blood was collected, with the doctors and medical staff of the Life Line Blood Bank in the town extending their service at the camp.
Chief guests Dr Jyoti Dhingra, block chief medical and health officer (CMHO), and Prof Suman Chawla, social worker, appreciated Rotary for organising the blood camp which filled an emergency need of critical patients. Amar Nayak who holds the Guinness Record for donating blood 86 times was one of the donors at this camp. Club president Kapuary Lal Garg and secretary Hemant Goyal were present. Covid protocols were followed by Rotarians and the donors. Project chair Jitesh Goyal gave the vote of thanks.
