For over 100 years, the Rotary Club of Saratoga Springs has proudly served the community-supported nonprofit organizations through volunteering and through the local community giving program.
Founded in 1924, and one of more than 35,000 Rotary clubs worldwide, members live by the motto “Service Above Self.”

Saratoga Springs Rotary Club
In 1973, the club launched the Home & Lifestyle Show, a fundraiser that has supported countless initiatives for more than 50 years, including the Saratoga Springs Rotary Education Foundation. This year, the Show is Feb. 28 – March 1, 2026, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday at the Saratoga Springs City Center.
All the net proceeds from the Home Show directly support local community giving programs, the major gift program, and support the Saratoga Springs Rotary Education Foundation scholarship program. Through this event and its volunteer service, the club has strengthened the community with projects ranging from fun runs and cleanups to construction and local support initiatives.

• Inspiration: Expert advice and fresh ideas for home projects, lifestyle upgrades, and design trends.
Admission to the Home show is free and open to all.
Community impact in 2025
Established in 1997, the Saratoga Springs Rotary Education Foundation is a tax-exempt organization that raises funds to support the post-secondary education and vocational training of graduates from public and private high schools in the greater Saratoga community. In 2025, the foundation announced three new scholarships – including the John V. O’Connell Memorial Scholarship and the Robert and Lisa Schermerhorn Scholarship.
Among many other initiatives, this year the Club donated to support the fifth Annual Michael J. Pitney Farm Run 5k and Youth Fun Run on Saturday, Oct. 4. All proceeds from the races benefit Pitney Meadows Community Farm’s mission and programming.
It also supported the Prevention Council’s Dan’s Derby and Walk in 2025. Proceeds from the event benefited the Prevention Council of Saratoga County, including the Healing Springs Recovery Center.
Other organizations supported in 2025 included Friends of Music Saratoga Scholarships, Saratoga Children’s Literacy League, American Red Cross, Saratoga Regional YMCA, Beekman Street Arts District, Saratoga Springs Preservation Society, and many others.
