Rotary Public Toilets in Dhone

Rotary Club of Dhone, RID 3160, constructed a public toilet block in the centre of the town. “The area has a floating population and is dotted with government offices. So the facility will serve its purpose here,” said club president Shankar Goud. The sanitation block constructed at a cost of 8 lakh was inaugurated by DG B Chinnapa Reddy and municipal commissioner K L N Reddy.

The club has also installed 25 concrete benches in a local park at a cost of 2 lakh. A hearse van worth 7 lakh was dedicated to the community with support from club member Rajaiah Goud.
