India has rewritten its Rotary story — from being one of TRF’s largest beneficiaries to becoming its biggest contributor. At the close of the 2025–26 Rotary year, 10 Indian districts featured among the world’s top 30 TRF- contributing districts.
Topping the global rankings is RI District 3141 under IPDG Manish Motwani with an exceptional contribution of $10,469,481. The district’s performance was driven largely by RC Bombay Pier, which contributed $3,674,188. It also welcomed 16 new AKS members, while nine existing members advanced to higher AKS recognition levels. Nearly 59 per cent of the district’s Rotarians contributed to TRF, resulting in an average per capita giving of $1,658.5. The district now has 87 AKS members.
RI District 3203, comprising Coimbatore, Erode, Tirupur and the Nilgiris, secured the second position globally with a total contribution of $3,514,256 Led by IPDG B Dhanasekar, the district added one new AKS member, taking its total to seven. RC Tirupur South emerged as the district’s highest contributor with $359,923. About 30 per cent of the district’s Rotarians supported TRF, resulting in an average per capita contribution of $665.71.
Ranked sixth in the world was RI District 3011, covering Delhi and parts of Haryana, with a total contribution of $2,749,190. Led by IPDG Ravinder Gugnani, the district added six new AKS members, taking its total to 29, while one member advanced to a higher AKS recognition level. RC Delhi South Central led the district with a contribution of $597,871. With 24 per cent member participation, the district recorded an average per capita giving of $551.21, making it India’s third-highest contributing district.
RI Districts 3192, 3234, 3131, 3060, 3150, 3191, 3000 and 3012 also earned places among the world’s top 30 TRF-contributing districts. Together, these achievements demonstrate that Indian Rotarians are not only strengthening TRF financially but are also helping expand its ability to support life-changing projects around the globe.
